Q.  How do I redeem my Award?
A. You will be able to browse our on-line Catalog to make your selection. Click an Image to see a larger picture and more product information. To redeem this Award, click "Select".

Q. How long will it take to receive my Award Selection?
A. In most cases we will send your award on its way in just 5-7 days. However, some items are sent directly from the manufacturer and shipping times will vary. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Q. How do I check the status of my Order?
A. You can call Arthur Hopkins of GSE Incentives at 214-237-6936 during the hours of 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. or email at ahopkins@gse-incentives.com.

Q. How do I contact someone about my Order?
A. If you have a question about how to enter your order, or about an order already submitted, please click on the "Contact Us" button. You may e-mail your question at any time. If you would rather call, please check the hours for Customer Service on the "Contact Us" page before placing your call.

Q. Why do you want my E-Mail address?
A. If we have a question about your order, or have a problem with your shipping address, we must be able to contact you before we can continue processing your order. E-mail is the quickest method of contacting you and helps avoid a delay of your order.

Q. Why do you want my Phone Number?
A. The phone number is used only if there is a problem with your order and we need to contact you. In most cases, E-mail is the preferred method of contacting you about your order.

Q. Are there any shipping address restrictions?
A. Yes. We will only ship to the Lower 48 United Sates. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box, so please use a street address where possible.
